In this year’s election, junior Emma Dietrich is running for Senior Class President against one other candidate, Irish Carey.
During election week, Emma will publicize her campaign by having her friends wear t-shirts and put up posters and fliers with the theme of road signs. She is using these signs to convey her slogan, “Now that we’ve reached the end of the road here at Tesoro, let me make your senior year memorable, so stop and vote Emma for Senior President.”
Having three years of past experience in ASB, two of which she was elected as a class officer, she hopes to be elected for her third year. When in office, she will use her connections with the school through her sports and clubs that she participates in to advocate for the whole student body and create everlasting memories for senior year.
Emma desires to be Senior Class President to make sure she leaves a positive impression on Tesoro throughout the last year before college, and most importantly making senior year special. She plans to use her skills, past experience in ASB and clear determination to make everyone's needs met at Tesoro by organizing events effectively and making senior year the most enjoyable and memorable year yet.
